Coco
Disney and Pixar have done it again! Coco pulls at the strings of every emotion. You’ll laugh,
you’ll cry, and at the end leave in a way that can only be described as magical. The movie
revolves around a 12-year old named Miguel, who finds himself in the Land of the Dead on Dia
de Muertos. Shortly after crossing over Miguel finds other members of his family who attempt to
get him back to the land of the living, but to do so Miguel must give up his one true passion…
music.
I am not sure that it is ready to be put in the same category as classics like Toy Story, Finding
Nemo, or Monsters Inc; however, I do believe that it is well on its way. Aiding this will also be
the fact that it will be released around a holiday weekend in America and I expect to see huge
numbers at the Box Office because of this.
This is truly a great movie for all ages and is a solid 8 out of 10!
